Please note that Bolton’s do not guarantee that delivery will occur on your selected date. This only a preferred option.
Hampers
We hand pick and pack our Hampers at Bolton’s. Whilst you can select a delivery date please bear in mind the following.
We can’t provide a guaranteed delivery date. We use Royal Mail for deliveries so as you would expect their main delivery times are during the week. We only pick and pack during our normal opening hours. Delivery is 48 hour delivery tracked mail. Royal Mail typically delivers Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
With regard to this if an order is placed on a Friday after 16.00 then this will not be picked, packed and sent until Monday so would arrive at the earliest on Wednesday.
If you wish to arrange collection directly from Bolton’s then please call us on 020 7929 1981. You can pick up directly from the restaurant Monday to Friday – 8am- 3pm and 6pm – 9.30pm (excluding bank holidays) but we require 24 hours notice.
